Fractions is a Prague-based electronic duo challenging what club music can sound like. Their style — which they call POST CLUB — blends techno, nu rave, electroclash, and synth punk with modern club production and emotive vocals. The result is music that bursts with energy on the floor but lingers long after, carrying the night into the quiet moments that follow.

They began in the world of instrumental techno and EBM, releasing on respected labels including Monnom Black, KAOS, Possession, Fleisch, and their own imprint NRG TRAX. Now, Fractions move into a new phase: a sound shaped as much by Crystal Castles, Underworld, and Brutalismus 3000 as by the restless edge of 2000s icons like Hadouken and Deftones. It’s a mix of grit and melody, both familiar and disruptive, nostalgic yet forward-facing.

Their latest single Light, released on Berlin’s Misguided, signals this new direction, with the upcoming POSTCLUB EP pushing it further. On stage, Fractions translate their vision into high-voltage performances: fast, immersive, and emotionally raw. Their shows aren’t about genres — they’re about a collective surge where punks, ravers, and outsiders move together.

By rejecting strict labels and embracing honesty, Fractions aren’t just making club music — they’re creating moments of energy, emotion, and release.
